We provide two options for delivery service: bulk deliveries to a propane tank located directly on your property or we offer a cylinder direct fill program.

Value added services offered to forklift customers include safety training programs for your employees, tail-pipe emission checks for compliance with regulations set forth by the Air Resources Board and Environmental Protection Agency, and propane system preventative maintenance programs.

On the farm or ranch, in the vineyard or orchard, keeping crops healthy with an adequate water supply is crucial. Using a diesel engine to power your water pump can result in higher costs and a less than ‘green’ environment. Not so with propane! Switching diesel engines to propane engines can reduce your energy costs by 50% per hour and can reduce your green house gas emissions by 11%. DLE provides bulk delivery service to power these engines and keep your crops growing strong with a consistent water supply.

Harvesting your fruit and nut trees can be a challenge in a climate that sees dropping overnight temperatures. Propane powered wind machines help push warm air through the orchard, keeping yields high and loss of product low. Propane exceeds standards put forth by the Environmental Protection Agency, burning greener than gasoline. It is also more efficient and cost effective – helping to keep your costs as low as possible.

A propane generator is able to provide power in the event of power outage in 10 seconds, eliminating the risk of power loss to farming or business operations. These generators are powered by the same propane used to keep the rest of your farm, ranch, or business moving. Piping underground from your tank to your generator installed by DLE technicians makes the whole process seamless. With the threat of rolling electrical blackouts in California the need for back up power is a reality – propane powered generators provide just that.

When growing crops in a greenhouse atmosphere consistent, temperature is a requirement. Likewise, poultry and livestock need adequate, comfortable heat to thrive and produce. Propane provided by Delta Liquid Energy to power your heating and cooling systems gives an even, precise heat in a cost effective, non-toxic form.

Many crops today are certified organic and many growers are interested in producing organic products. To be certified as organic, crops must be grown free from pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and with an environmentally responsible approach. Propane power can help achieve this goal! Propane is non-toxic and does not contaminate ground water; therefore, it is an acceptable method of organic weed and pest abatement.

Using propane-powered flame weeding equipment exposes the weed plant tissues to rapid heat. Propane is a great alternative to chemical weed abatement methods because it does not leave residues on plants, soils, water, or air. Propane-powered flame weeding equipment also reduces the need for hand weeding in operations looking to grow crops organically.

Similar to using propane engines to power weed abatement equipment, our fuel can also be used to power pest control equipment. Delta Liquid Energy has partnered with Agrothermal Systems, based in Napa, California, in their effort to produce equipment that controls pest populations in vineyards organically. Agrothermal Systems patented equipment will use propane power to blast warm air along the grape rows, which works to eliminate pests while not harming the fruit. By reducing the amount of pests, this technology will increase fruit quality and yields.

The Propane Farm Incentive Program is offered by the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC). This program offers eligible farmers, growers, ranchers, and vintners the opportunity to earn funds that will help offset the purchase of new propane powered equipment. In exchange for your feedback, PERC is offering up to $5,000 toward the purchase of new propane-powered farm equipment.

• Delta Liquid Energy customers incur an annual cost for service. This service agreement fee encompasses Delta Liquid Energy’s willingness and ability to provide propane to your home or business safely as well as maintenance of your account with DLE. Along with this, your service agreement fee also includes: Regular route scheduled deliveries. This service provides Delta Liquid Energy customers with the convenience of rarely having to check their propane tank. It is our responsibility as your propane provider to make sure you do not run out of propane.
• Accessibility to Delta Liquid Energy’s service and parts department. We strive to assure all of our Delta Liquid Energy locations carry an inventory of parts and accessories to meet the propane needs of our customers. We have skillfully trained, professional service technicians available for all types of propane appliance installation, service, and repairs.
• 24-hour emergency call response. We encourage customers to feel free to contact their local Delta Liquid Energy office any time there is a problem with their propane gas system. Safety is a top priority!
• Professional, dependable, and courteous service. Our propane delivery drivers and service technicians have successfully completed specialized training provided by the National Propane Gas Association. This ensures that our customers and their homes are in the hands of knowledgeable, safety-minded personnel.
• Online or over the phone bill pay. Every Delta Liquid Energy customer is set up with an online account where you can see your recent purchases and find out what your current balance is. Conveniently, you can also pay for your propane deliveries right within our online portal. Alternatively, you may always call your local customer service representative and they will happily process your payment over the phone. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express for all your online or over the phone propane purchases.
